Lakshmy sent me this Garfield strip, which I just just had to share.
While on Garfield, one of Ishaan's first and favouritest movies was Garfield, and all of us at home (Sanjay, Simi and me)..especially Simi and me had the lines by-heart. Because we watched it atleast once a day...most days. And then we also watched the sequel as many times. If you don't have it at home...get it. Its a definite keep for the kids.
Adults: You may not find the adult humour found in the original comic strips, but good fun nonetheless.

reminding me of my stupid resolutions haan? just because u have a cool new ipod? mine is lying somewhere in the dump u know :(. ur snap with the ipod made me want to get it out and start going for a walk. well, tomorrow's another day.
the garfiled cartoon on scuicides was real brilliant.. the best i have come across in a long long time.
but i am a bit confused.. does tina have a new Ipod OR a new gear for the ipod to fit in while she attempts to slenderize? the picture of her said the gear was a gift..... so i am wavering in my understanding bewteen the instrument and its accessoory..
well i too have an I-pod with stuff that mimi loaded for me from her PC once upon a time. no new major additions( even tho mimi voluntereeed to update) so till the other day i was still watching the films she passed on to me like jodha akbar, pokri, 300, mr beans holiday, rarattoullie. etc.. but i did undergo adult education programm and maanged to download some songs.. and now all that my Ipod beltd out are spirituals of MS Subalakshmi.. My MY !!! i can swing real extremes.
and without making any resolutions i have started slenderizing as well. credit it 2 US sales target in recession times, credit it2 Europe business in a dead economy. and to top it all on the tension and misery i went through as i lost my credit cards in a cab in Miami yesterday as i embarked for a week end of sun and fun :(:(
( tension because of loosing my credit cards.. misery due to my wifes sermons on forgetfoolness).
so from a 240 pounder,the scales tell me i am only 239 pound(108Kgs)..... happy slenderizing...by default......
how can u write abt garfield and ishaan and not mention ishu's favorite scenes... like the posterior shaking dance in the first part...and that "take a picture, take a picture" dialogue from part 2.... man i had all the dialogues by-heart... :)
