This is taking things too far. Suing a pandal which has been created just for five days. Wrong target, Miss Rowling. You should actually be suing others - like the ones who sell pirated versions of your VCDs/Books/DVDs. I have been offered to buy these on the streets umpteen number of times. I also think you should be putting your energies on getting another Harry Potter out. This is not the way to make money baby.
And even if we assume you are not part of this whole thing, and only your lawyers/agents/ etc... are handling legal matters, its just too much. And anyways this stupid copyright thing about your Harry Potter thing is just going bonkers over trivial things.
Puja Pandals in Kolkata are just about fun, socializing and most about creativity at its best. Each year the pandals just reflect what is happening around. Like cricket, football, politics, movies etc....(I heard they even had a Chappel oshur one year :-d). Oshur is bong for Devil - for the uninitiated.
So Rowling baby, don't fret too much about things that you don't know about, and let the Pujo "roll on". Else, the bangalees will suddenly jaago, and you wont know what hit you.
For all you know, next year all the oshurs in Pujo will be replicas of Rowling. And I am not sure you have copyrighted yourself.

that Rowling could be so grredy for money is so visble be her contemptous act of suing apuja mandal in bengal.Its her crass venality is so eveident in this case.wht fucking copyright she is talking about...tomorow if some idiot decides to name his child based on the character of her novel,would she againg sue them for damage??and what damage?
