Yes, yes…I know what you are thinking. Exactly my thoughts when I read the title. Ditto.
Doesn’t Laloo own Cows and Buffaloes? When did he shift to Goats? Why do you think he has started this business? Does he think this is a more lucrative business for the family, now that none of his family members are chief ministers. …Yes, of course. That was family business too!!!
But whatever made him decide on this…I think it’s a great idea. It was anyways only a matter of time before Laloo took onto a new business, now that the first one was failing. Moreover, he has always proved to be a great money maker, and I am sure this one would be a success too. And of course for a change, this was something that helps improve the common man’s health.
“Goat milk is supposedly easier on the tummy than cow's milk, and also has a rich, sweet flavor that the heifers just don't put out.”
Well, I silently prayed for my Bihari Bandhus and of course all fellow Indians. I guessed that now that Laloo would get so busy with his new company, politics would take a back seat. In fact even called up one of my Bihari friends and told him “You Lucky Bastard..you. Congrats!”
And then I read the rest of the article. Well, this was not a company owned by Laloo. This one was a company from Sonoma, CA - marketing goat milk ice creams in US. I scanned each and every page on their website to see Mr.Laloo Prasad’s name, but…..
The name supposedly should be pronounced as Lay- looz, and was founded by some Laura Howard. No mention of Laloo there, not even a small section on “Inspiration for Laloos” or something :(. Well, I will be damned. I am sure there is some connection…why did she think about the name Laloo? Do you really think she does not know about him…EEmposhible. Who will not know about our bhorld phamoush Laloo?
Well, I am still investigating. Till then, if you care to Laloo, you can go ahead and read more here.
