Dad Vs the President :)

One of the friends of my father sent him a mail about some of the great thoughts that President Kalam has on India, and the common man and of course how each one us can make a difference.
Just had to post my dad’s reply to the same. Don’t miss his Hindi in the end ;)

Dear Arun,
Thanks. Yesterday President Kalam visited Care Hospital and the total system in and around collapsed for about 3/4 hours. I visited Care hospital to see my friend, Col. Mukherjee who is admitted there. I was not allowed to enter care hospital for the security reason and I was told to park my car outside the emergency gate. Security people outside the emergency objected as that place is earmarked for Azharuddin's gym.

I literally fought and kept my car there and asked them to throw my car if they dare to do so. (that’s my dad ;))

I went through the security check to enter the emergency section of Care Hospital and tried to proceed to Col Mukherjee's room no. 610 but some people again stopped me. They said no visitors would be allowed to see their patients as President Kalam is inside the hospital. I again fought with the people concerned of Care hospital and told them even President Kalam will not be very happy if he comes to know that due to his visit to the hospital, people were being harassed like this. I asked the In-charge to contact his higher authority so that visitors can see their patients as that is much more important. He said he has no access to the higher authority. I again gave him my peace of my mind knowing that I was fighting a loosing battle. I came back home without visiting my friend.
